Your clear quartz crystal will need to be placed out in the sun periodically for a couple of hours to clean the negative energy it has been absorbing.

The smaller the crystal, the more often it will need to be set out in the sun because it will only be able to hold a small amount of negative energy.

The medium crystal is approximately 3/4" diameter by 2" long
